Was Teilnehmer*innen sagen

“I could tell that you really put your heart into this and that it's important to you to share it with the world. At first, I thought it would be very complicated to understand, but you explained it very clearly, and the pictures made it very easy for me to grasp. The evening touched me on a whole new level, and I really enjoyed it. Thank you for that.”

“The cycle workshop was like a cozy evening with close friends. With a colorful mix of biological background, specialized professional knowledge, creative applications, personal experiences, and plenty of room for questions and our own insights, we were able to learn a lot from the lovely Helena and from one another. Time flew by, and the experience truly inspired me, filling me with feminine strength and motivating me to continue exploring this topic and my own body. Even weeks after the course, I’m still inspired and am learning to recognize and appreciate the different recurring phases, their unique potential, and the parallels to other cycles in nature. Thank you to Helena and all the participants for this wonderful experience.”

“The coaching sessions with Helena and a group of wonderful, open-minded women showed me that it’s not just factual knowledge about one’s own body and individual cycle that plays an important role (although I did learn a few things that were new to me!). Just as important is the sense of connection and understanding—both for oneself and for other menstruating people — in order to find one’s own rhythm. With her calm demeanor, Helena quickly succeeded in guiding the group toward an inspiring exchange and fostering this important connection. The two sessions with her really made a difference.”
